   Soy Complex Starts Lower Early Friday

   December corn is down 1 cent, November soybeans are down 9 cents and
December KC wheat is up 1/2 cent.

   Pre-6 a.m. CDT prices, CME Globex: December corn is down 1 cent, November
soybeans are down 9 cents and December KC wheat is up 1/2 cent.

   CME Globex Recap: Early Friday, Dow Jones futures are starting lower, in
spite of higher stock prices in Europe and Asia. On Thursday, U.S. retail sales
posted a gain of 0.7% in August and weekly jobless claims were up to 332,000, a
little more than expected. Rising cases of the delta variant continue to remain
a concern and are straining the country's health resources. Friday is referred
to as quadruple witching day with the expiration of several stock market
products occurring later Friday afternoon.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Thursday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 63.07 at 34,751.32 and the S&P 500 down 6.95 at 4,473.75 as the
10-Year Treasury yield ended at 1.33%. Early Thursday, December Dow Jones
futures are trading down 91 points. Asian markets are higher with Japan's
Nikkei 225 index up 0.58% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.19%.
European markets are higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100
trading up 0.26%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.41% and spot
futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.85%. The December euro is up $0.0025
at $1.1798. The December U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.12 at 92.80. The December
30-year T-bond is down 4/32nds, while December gold is up $8.70 at $1,765.40
and October crude oil is down $0.37 at $72.24. On China's Dalian exchange,
January corn was down 0.3%, November soybeans were up 0.5%, January soybean
meal was up 1.0% and January soybean oil was down 1.4%. September common wheat
on China's Zhengzhou exchange was unchanged. November Malaysian palm oil is
trading down 1.3%.
